Cowgirls OVER COFFEE
the village never showed
so we built one
At its heart, Cowgirls Over Coffee is about cultivating conversations. The ones we’re often too busy, too distracted, or too isolated to initiate on our own. Conversations that exist in that raw and demanding space where motherhood, drive, identity, and friendship collide.
We reject the notion that we have to choose between hustling harder or scaling back our dreams. We are fierce advocates for female friendship as a non-negotiable and know that comparison dies amidst shared experience. We own every role without compromising our wellbeing, and never settle.
To that end, we’ve set the table for driven women to gather. Through our podcast, thoughtful in-person gatherings and online community, you’re invited to celebrate your wins without disclaimers, untangle your struggles without judgment, and create both purpose and ease alongside the daily demands.
Here, routine sets the stage, planning is a practice not a performance, and overwhelm never enters the chat. It’s a recalibration of vision and execution. Not for performance, not for validation, but out of devotion to self, family, community and legacy.
Consider this your formal invitation to come sit with us.

real conversations for women who simply refuse to settle.

Cowgirls Over Coffee Host & Founder
Thea Larsen is a lifestyle strategist, host, and creator who brings executive-level strategy to the complexity of modern motherhood, homemaking, friendship, and personal identity. A former corporate CEO turned entrepreneur, she equips women with the infrastructure needed to sustain high-caliber lives where priorities traditionally considered to be mutually exclusive actually compound to create a whole far greater than the sum of its parts.
As the founder and host of Cowgirls Over Coffee, Thea curates spaces for connection and accountability, modeling how routine and discernment can sustain even the most demanding lifestyles. Known for her unapologetic perspective on sovereignty and drive, she challenges women to stop choosing between hustling harder and playing small, and instead, to own every role with presence, capacity, and conviction.
A ranch wife and mother of two, Thea blends the personal with the strategic, offering women a rare combination of lived experience, executive acumen, and grounded wisdom. Whether on stage, in print, or across her growing platforms, she invites women to reject compromise, embrace sovereignty, and build lives as sustainable as they are aspirational.
